The Helios Corset Vest is designed for users who fall over in a sitting position, with an S- or D-shaped truncus; users are often CP children with spastic rotation problems, etc. One of the biggest benefits is that the user can often have his or her backward tilted pelvis corrected, whereby a good sitting position is achieved, and a markedly improved head control is often seen with the corset.
